• Safe removal protocols for metals, with particular attention to patient safety and systemic impact
• Diagnosing cavitations, also known as NICO or FDOJ, and the appropriate clinical responses

This is not a theoretical overview assembled from published literature. It is the clinical thinking Dr. Nischwitz applies in active practice every day, translated into a structured learning format that practicing dentists can absorb and apply.

Adding the Nutritional Layer

The Food Design Concept module introduces clinical nutrition as an active and measurable component of dental care, not a peripheral lifestyle recommendation.

Delivered through the BGS Institute as a standalone certification within the broader programme, it covers how patients are prepared nutritionally before procedures, supported through recovery with defined supplementation protocols, and guided toward dietary approaches that support bone and tissue health over the long term.

This module comes with patient-facing tools, templates, and integration frameworks. Dentists who complete it leave with a clinical nutrition system they can begin using in practice immediately, without additional development or customization work.

The Regenerative Protocol Layer

The Bone Healing Protocol covers the regenerative system used at DNA Health & Aesthetics, Dr. Nischwitz’s blueprint clinic in Germany. Delivered by the BGS Institute as a third standalone certification within the programme, it addresses:

• The nutrient and supplementation framework that supports bone integration following implant procedures
• Recovery optimization strategies that reduce patient downtime and improve healing predictability
• The interaction between the protocol, the surgical approach, and material selection

Dentists who complete this module receive a structured regenerative system with the clinical rationale behind each element clearly defined, rather than a set of general recommendations without systematic grounding.

Practice Design and Business Integration

The Global Standard for Biodentistry also prepares dentists for the commercial and operational side of biological dentistry practice, which is where many practitioners with genuine clinical interest find themselves stalling. The Business of Biological Dentistry framework covers how to restructure a practice around fewer patients, higher fees, and deeper clinical relationships.

This includes pricing guidance, scheduling strategy, patient communication frameworks for the biological dentistry model, and the commercial logic that makes seeing fewer patients financially viable and professionally sustainable. Without this framework, the clinical training exists without a practical path to implementation in a working practice.

The Clinical Training Option

A small number of certified dentists are accepted each year for in-person clinical training at DNA Health & Aesthetics in Tübingen. This involves observing live surgeries, working directly with Dr. Nischwitz and his clinical team, and experiencing the BGS standard in the clinic where it was developed and continues to be refined.

The standard rate for a day with Dr. Nischwitz is USD $15,000. As part of the Biodentistry 3.0 certification, this is included at a significant discount for qualifying applicants.

Ongoing Development After Certification

Preparation through the BGS Institute continues after certification through quarterly clinical calls with Dr. Nischwitz, lifetime community access, and an evolving resource library. The standard does not stand still, and certified practitioners receive ongoing access to its development.
