However, there is still a lot that we all can do on our end. Here are a few ways through which you can attempt to boost your brain health significantly.

Watch your food

Never stop learning. This is one brain exercise which keeps your brain intelligence fluid. It directly impacts your capability to think logically and solve problems.

Nurture positive relationships

If your spouse is good at remembering someone’s name, they would help you expand your cognitive skills too. In other words, your relationships can help you make a more al-rounded person.

Quit smoking

Needless to say, smoking is very injurious to your health, it not only affects us physically but as per a recent study conducted on 20,000 smokers, and people who smoked between a half and one pack daily were 44% more prone to developing dementia in the later stages of life.

On the other hand, people who smoked but quit had no significant changes and showed no increased risk of dementia.

This perhaps gave you a reason as to why you should stop smoking. But, as easy as it might seem, quitting smoking is not an easy task. This is why you should look for smoking alternatives like vaping which allows you to control your nicotine levels through its variants of nicotine e-juices and quit altogether, gradually!
