A good cook and waiters you can trust means more than anything else. You want people you can trust, hard workers that have the experience, but that is also willing to learn.

Getting the right people isn’t easy, of course, but once you have a team working in unison, people moving in sync like a well-lubricated machine, then you will see the magic happen.
